NB: A few of you have asked about recs for kids/families, and I’ll give you all that good stuff (and my intense Google map) in part 2. I’ll also share about the wedding (a part 3??) but for now I’m going to keep all of that in a protective cocoon while I figure out what I want to say. It was an extraordinary weekend during an extraordinary month—every day bursting with love—and I’m delighted that we’ve officially folded my sister-in-law Janie and her crew into our family.
And now:
I have been to London countless times. I lived there as a small child and have returned (at least) annually since. My brother (who was born there) lives there now, and I try to visit him a couple of times a year. This means I’m not going to have any sightseeing ideas for you (except one, below, and I’m dead serious about it). But if you like to wander around and eat/sleep/live well on a non-astronomical budget, I have ideas.
